Meet The Staff *Bill Stimmel, Founder* Since first being licensed as a real estate broker in 1973, Bill's won nearly every major award in the residential real estate profession. In addition, he has broadened his industry expertise to include commercial development, residential and commercial property management, corporate consulting for Century 21 and Coldwell Banker, and commercial leasing. Grady Stimmel, Partner A real estate investor in the Metroplex for nearly 20 years, Grady brings a solid familiarity in DFW property values to Tax Appeals DFW. Grady is a licensed real estate agent and also brings over 10 years of marketing experience to Tax Appeals DFW for quality marketing planning and client relations.
Gene Stimmel, Consultant Gene spent a number of years in education as a teacher, coach and administrator both in public schools and college. Following his career in education, he entered the real estate business where he was involved in all facets including sales, appraisals, management and training while operating one of the Northeast Tarrant Counties leading real estate firms. Gene also served as Director for the National Association and Texas Association of Realtors. He was appointed to the Texas Real Estate Commission by the Governor for a six-year term during which time he also served as Chairman.
