Commonly Asked Questions

How do you lower my taxes?
Our process involves:

What's this going to cost me?
A very affordable review / retainer fee of $55 is all that you're asked to invest in the appeal process. The balance of our fee equates to a percentage of the amount of money we save you on your property taxes. Our current price structure is as follows:

Under $100,000 = 38% of client's tax savings
$100,000 to $299,999 = 35% of client's tax savings
$300,000 to $999,999 = 30% of client's tax savings
$1,000,000 + = 25% of client's tax savings

Will my case definitely go to the appeal hearing once this fee is paid?
After careful analysis, we will counsel you on whether your specific case should be appealed. It's not always advisable to appeal a tax value assessment since the appraisal district has the authority to raise your valuation if they feel a frivolous appeal has been filed. If we determine your case should not go to appeal, we will give you valid documentation as to why. This research lets you rest easy knowing that your property's assessment is accurate and you are not paying any more in property taxes than you should be paying.

What does my city charge me in property taxes?
You can look up your various taxing authorities, i.e. city, county, state, etc. at the Tarrant County Appraisal District's Web site
